Jen is the CEO of Talvana Consulting and a board member of the Human Capital Institute (HCI), where she works at the intersection of AI, talent, and business strategy. She partners with CHROs and CIOs to deliver outcome-focused and responsible HR tech strategies that harness the power of AI to drive measurable impact across the workforce. 

With over 25 years of experience in workforce strategy, HR technology, and AI-driven transformation, Jen advises global organizations on responsible, ethical AI adoption across the employee lifecycle—from sourcing to separation. She is a trusted voice on Data, Privacy, and AI governance in HR and serves on multiple international AI ethics boards focused on the future of work. 

As an executive at ADP and IBM, Jen led pioneering projects with ADP and at IBM, IBM Ethics Board, and served as an Executive Fellow at the World Economic Forum, where she contributed to the first studies on generative AI with 250+ experiments and companies on global AI and presented at Davos 2024. Her collaborative approach brings together HR, IT, legal, and operations leaders to navigate the complexity of AI and data transformation—empowering organizations to make smarter, future-ready talent decisions. 

 A frequent keynote speaker, Jen shares insights on AI in HR, workforce transformation, and people analytics. Her publications include Augmenting Human Intelligence, Generative AI for CEOs, and AI in Change Management. She holds a business degree from Michigan State University and certifications in Data Science (Johns Hopkins), Machine Learning, and Trustworthy AI (IBM). Jen also advises emerging HR tech companies and contributes to Human Capital Institute, HR Tech, SHRM, IAPP, and the Society of People Analytics.
