Karen Feeney is the Sr. Human Resources Operations Manager at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), a consistently recognized leader in pediatric healthcare. Since joining CHOP in 2011, Karen has driven shifts in HR infrastructure and processes to attain greater learning and operational effectiveness. In recent years, Karen has steadily managed progression of the MSP process and workforce planning initiative at CHOP. Her contribution has resulted in increased leadership adoption, enhanced diverse labor sourcing, and strengthened organizational alignment of contracted workforce solutions.
