Kelly Duff is an employee engagement leader at Allstate, based out of the company’s Chicago location at the Merchandise Mart. She leads a team of engagement specialists across Allstate’s Talent Centers in Charlotte, NC, Irving, TX, Northbrook, IL, and Tempe, AZ.

Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Elmhurst College. She previously worked for iHeart Radio Chicago and the Chicago Tribune. She is also an award-winning author who writes contemporary romance and has performed onstage in Chicago at Steppenwolf and Mary's Attic.
