As the US Head of Inclusion Strategies at HelloFresh, she oversees various initiatives that are integral to a successful and long term oriented focused workforce strategy. Her responsibilities include Employee Resource Group management and senior management advisement as well partnering with various teams on initiatives involving employer branding, recruitment, professional development, community engagement.
With experience spanning hiring education admissions, boutique executive recruitment, major financial institutions, and retail giants, Kimberly brings a nuanced perspective to leadership, talent strategy, and corporate culture. She is committed to helping professionals navigate corporate shifts, ensuring that all employees are recognized, empowered, and valued.
A former Desert Storm veteran, Kimberly served as a US Army reservist while in college. She earned her B.A. in Business from SUNY Buffalo and an MBA from the University at Buffalo School of Management through the 3+2 program. Kimberly continues to demonstrate her commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces by completing a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University.
