Ms. Kristin Henderson serves as the Director of Institutional Research with Bright Horizons. She is responsible for managing internal and external research projects, from inception to insight sharing. She has led numerous projects, domestic and international, focused on employee engagement, well-being, value proposition and work/life needs. Kristin earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Education from Colgate University.
