Leslie Daley joined the Orange Theory Fitness Organization as their Chief Learning/Human Resource Officer in January, 2016. She will be responsible for overseeing the Learning and Development Team, Human Resources and Payroll. Prior to joining Orange Theory Fitness Leslie served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Gold’s Gym Holdings 2014 – 2016. She was responsible for managing and leading the Human Resources and Learning and Development Departments. The majority of her career has been spent in the health and fitness industry. Prior to joining Gold’s Gym Leslie served as the Senior Vice President for the Rush Fitness Complex 2013 – 2015. Prior to this she served as the Senior Vice President of Lifestyle Family Fitness, a company based out of Florida that operated in multiple states for over 13 years, 2000 – 2013. She also served as Chief Operating Officer for 6 years for a Wellness company based out of Pensacola, Florida.

Her major accomplishments have been in the area of building a team of professionals and creating internal operational processes and procedures that have allowed the various organizations to experience substantial growth and profitability. Leslie has been instrumental in leveraging technology to allow these organizations the ability to efficiently and effectively manage their human capital.

Leslie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. She also has several Fitness certifications. She has written several articles in noteworthy journals and has presented at many national conferences and
