Dr. Megan Leasher is the Director of Talent, Growth and Development for Bon Secours Mercy Health in Cincinnati, Ohio.

With 48 hospitals, thousands of providers, over 1,000 points of care and 60,000 employees across two countries, Bon Secours Mercy Health one of the largest U.S. health care systems, as well as Ireland’s largest private health provider. In her role, she leads talent management, including succession planning, performance management, upskilling talent for the future of work and the strategy for talent assessment and measurement.

Prior to her role at Bon Secours Mercy Health, Dr. Leasher led the People Science practice for Macy’s Inc. and served as a Senior Consultant for Chally Group Worldwide. She has also led research initiatives for the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber and Women in the Marketplace, a ministry for working women. An avid speaker, she has presented at national and regional conferences, corporate meetings, universities and non-profit events.

Dr. Leasher’s awards include the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology’s Distinguished Early Career Contributions Practice Award, Cincinnati’s Forty Under 40 and being honored as one of HR’s Rising Stars by Human Resource Executive Magazine, a national award presented to five HR professionals. In addition, she received the Society for Human Resource Management Foundation’s Graduate Student Leader Award and the RHR International Outstanding Dissertation Award (on behalf of the Society of Consulting Psychology). Dr. Leasher earned her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Wright State University.

Megan lives in Northern Kentucky, where she loves coffee, bourbon and Chuck Taylors.
