- Pull employee social posts into your careers site as one way to connect employees with potential hires.
- Break old storytelling paradigms; replace clichés like “diversity” with synonyms such as “originality.”
- Find what makes your culture unique—in the case of Adidas, that includes employee tattoos—and leverage it by producing content surrounding it that will communicate your core values.
