Learn how Airbnb is applying principles of “storyboarding” to its hiring process and designing a customer-centric, branding experience for its candidates.
Best practices:
- Define critical moments in your recruiting process and what the ideal candidate experience should be.
- Start from a point of empathy with candidates, what do they need to know? What are their concerns?
- Remember, you’re rejecting more people than you hire, be as careful with the design of the rejection experience as you are with the hiring experience.
