Talent acquisition and internal talent mobility are top priorities for companies today.  Having the right talent in the right place has been identified as the number one factor to ensure customer satisfaction by leading research firm IDC.  For talent acquisition to be truly impactful, however, all stakeholders need to be working in concert. The reality is that the key players are often not in sync. The end result of such disconnects is that the hiring company loses out on top talent, spends too much to acquire talent, and presents a disjointed front to the candidate community.

This webcast will explore research conducted by Lisa Rowan, VP of HR and talent research at IDC. Lisa will present the difference in viewpoints between HR/recruiting and line-of-business managers regarding ownership of the elements of the hiring cycle and highlight where improvements can be made.  Research is drawn from a groundbreaking survey that IDC conducted of more than 500 executives, which concluded in late 2015.
