According to PWC’s latest Annual Global CEO Survey (2014), Talent Strategies are CEOs’ number one priority requiring focus and change. This suggests two things: (1) The C-suite has an increased desire to drive value from HR as the focus moves from table stakes HR operational efficiency to talent; and (2) The C-suite are not happy with the talent status quo.
